Does the downtime has something to do with the 1 dollar for a year promotion?

Because I do not think is a wise move to leave your long time customers that pay dollars a month for hosting for some newbies that are paying cents for the service and may leave as soon as they have to pay a more realistic price....

New customers are not placed on old servers. The new customers would have no affect on this server. However, any of the customers on this server could cause problems. Hacked accounts, crazy scripts, spam emails, etc.

SH105 has been acting up for most of the evening. It was acting a bit slow to start off with, then around 9-10 PM PST started acting very slow, and now it's not responding at all.

It responds to ping and I can trace it, but that's about it.

It seems to be running okay again, but I dunno how long that'll last. The big issue for me is that the server seems to have been having problems for weeks now.

Sorry to revive this, but SH105 has now been down for approximately 30-45 minutes and nothing is listed in the server status thread. I'm repeatedly getting dropped and reset connections.

It's been pretty good since the last messages, excepting today.

SH105 has now been down 6 hours and 15 minutes, approximately. Is anyone doing anything about it? And/or can I submit a support ticket for a site/server I don't own?
