Display the current time on support tickets

Although on support tickets there is a display of the created and updated time/date it would be really useful (especially for us non Florida timezone customers) if somewhere there was a display of local (Surpass) time/date so we can easily work out when or how long ago things happened or how long things take without having to add 5 hrs and hope we are close etc.

Note...the date is shown on the support ticket pages so why not just add the time?

time= 5+x

I think you're being too picky. You could use this website for reference if you can't figure out 5+x ... or can't understand the simplicity of military time.

I am being picky but that is a part of what this section is for, since there are very few large issues, let's try the small and easy to effect ones which just make that difference.

I'd say it needs a dropdown timezone option box thingy lie kthe forums. But that's for Kayako to make for their software.

Anyways, I just know the timezone is all. Just know the hours they are from yuor zone. If they are hours ahead of you, subtract. If they are less than you, add.

For example, a support ticket is marked as havign a reply at 3pm, and it is 2pm where I leave (California, West coast). So, I Subtract my difference of my time zone (three hours) with the time of their reply and I get what time (in my timezone) they replied.

Not too convient, but isn't hard or take a lot of smarts
