Domain Auto-Renewal - Page 2

Oh I might do that myself.. this would be a cool feature to have and save me driving a long way.

Well, I pinged your domain name to see if I could ping it and I noticed it was the same IP as mine. Usually you can find the server name by doing a tracert mydomain.com. Doing a tracert gamingparents.org ends up at sh102.surpasshosting.com

Another way is to get the IP address of the server by pinging the domain and then looking in the Shared Server notices forum for the matching IP address.

You can also see the IP in the cPanel dashboard (main page) in the left information bits.

Surpass Domain got back to me.

My domain is already set up to renew itself each year.

The indicator from the billing account is inaccurate (i.e. set not to renew automatically when it is).
