Domain Auto-Renewal
It's about a year ago when I first registered my domain with Surpass.
It's time to renew the domain registration. Surpass is appropriately charging a domain registration fee to my credit card account. However, when I checked my domain status from my billing profile, it says that the domain is not set to "Auto Renew". I would like to set it to renew automatically each year. How can I do that? It appears that it's already doing that currently (since I am billed automatically for the domain renewal), but it doesn't say that on the billing profile. Thanks in advance.

Login to http://www.surpassdomains.com
Click on "View/Edit" to see the list of all your domains. ![]() Look at the domain in question. If it is set to auto-renewal you should see a circle with the letter 'A' in it. If you do not see the circle with the letter 'A' simply click on the circle with the letter 'M' in it. ![]() .. it will then take you to that domain's management page, check the box that says "Auto Renewal" and then press save. That is all. ![]()

Thanks for the detailed instruction.
What username do I use? I tried using the cpanel username, but that didn't work. I tried again using the Surpass billing account name, and that didn't work. I've never logged on to that login before.

I did register the domain via Surpass.
However, I just found out that my site is now unavailable. I am going to contact support to see whether they can get it up again.

The site seems to be loading fine again. I have no idea what happened, but it has happened to me a few occasions previously.
I think Surpass renews my domain automatically, even though the domain is not set to renew automatically. I prefer the domain registration to be automatically renewed. I don't want to lose the domain name if I forget to renew it annually.

Apparently they had to reboot the server.. uptime went from 300 something days to 3:43 (3 hours, 43 minutes) as of the time of this post. Probably explains why my forum sent me an email that it couldn't connect to the database... although I guess the email service had restarted by then.
Looks like we're both on the same server, SH102.

I looked in cPanel, but I couldn't find the information there.
