This is nothing major, just a minor inconvenience.
The dates in the billing section are in the format: mm/dd/yyyy Living in the UK, the common date format is: dd/mm/yyyy When I see a date like 07/06/2007 its important that I remember to reverse the day and month. Often on a site or forum, there is an option to set your date format or country, but I could not see any option in the billing section for this. There is a country setting in 'My Info' but that is set the the UK and seems to have no effect on the dates. Since this means the date format is most likely stored in a central place for everyone, it would be nice if the more international format of: yyyy/mm/dd could be used instead. |

I understand your concerns but this isn't thatbig of a deal for having the mm/dd/yyyy. You've got to keep in mind that Surpass is a US business that doesn't deny international orders, but due to their location, the USA format would be best.
I say this more for when they have to keep records of their clients as well as tax informational needs, etc. If they were located in the UK or elsewhere, then a different format would be expected, for the local conditions and needs of their location.
