I wish that surpass had shoutcast hosting available...

You could get a dedicated server or a VPS account and set up sc_serv on it. Shoutcast hosting is quite a niche -- I don't think we'll be offering it anytime soon, to be completely honest.

ughh get a dedicated. even a low end machine would do better than a vps
