Post a status page for the Webdev server(s) and update it with the reason that the server is currently down.

Yup, I'm getting rather frustrated at the level of support that the Webdev accounts are receiving. I'm trying to switch to a shared plan, but in the mean time I just posted some images last night and now the server is down.
