Malicious Code Inserted Into Webpages
I've recently just found that some malicious code has been inserted into various PHP files of mine, index files and header/footer files. Files that are accessed frequently.
This was a problem i was having with my previous host, and they refused to help me figure out why this was happening. My FTP/account password has been recently changed, all files are CHMOD'd to the highest they can be, and i can't think of any other way my files are being changed. Is anyone else experiencing this?

How "high" are you CHMOD-ing them? It's suggested not to go higher then 755. Also these PHP files, did you create them yourself or did you download them from a website?
