Banned from server?
Not knowing where I should post it, I will post it here. This morning (I live in GMT+1) I was getting an update of all the files from the FTP server, tho while still getting the files, suddenly I got disconnected, and eversince that happened I cant connect to my site, nor my cpanel, nor my site nor my email (so I cant email this). I was wondering what could 've happened and how I can fix it. My IP is : 80.57.*.* (last 2 removed for security reasons, if needed, pm me) The server our site is on: sh122.surpasshosting.com Would be great if it could be fixed, since we are beta testing a new version of our site.

You don't have to login to submit tickets. I advice to use something like Gmail so that you can always get mail when your server fails.
