My dedicated server works totally WRONG since few days (sites sometimes work, somtimes not or just loading by 20 seconds!). And ofcourse all in Surpass are ignore me (ticket UYZ-355342). This make me creazy! Just great :/

When did you submit the ticket? If it's a dedicated server issue, I'd allow them sufficient time to investigate the issue. I'm sure they've read your ticket and are looking in to the matter but would rather know the problem and reply that to you instead "we're looking in to it" which, since you submitted the ticket, and its their job to look in to it, they are already doing so..

No one is ignoring you. In fact, your ticket has been worked on by 6 people including our senior network administrator. Please have patience, it is not easy correcting connection issues with other companies' networks.

Hi Mark. Thanks for help, my first server works fine. But, now I have the same problem with my second machine - i15.eu (connections from Europe are very imbalances).
Support said that all is ok, but I do not want to fight with them by next 2 days. I must be stupid and I give up. |
