Backup not working.
I uploaded my files in ftp a few days ago but they are showing up in the wrong place. They show up in public_html/public_html/myfileshere. I didn it manually btw not by cPanel. I short of messed up my files along the way. I have Wordpress and MSQL databases in there.
What do I do? |

From what it looks like, and please correct me if I'm wrong, your taking the backup and placing it in public_html? If so, then don't and place it in the folder BEFORE public_html, which is the main server folder. If you did do this and I am totally wrong (which I could be) then please submit a ticket to the help desk in regards to this issue, so they may better assist you there. =)
