Are the lights still on?

Two incidents recently have me wondering;

1. I posted a question to Support relating to PHP5 - no response.
2. I purchased a shared hosting account over 36 hours ago and still no setup.

Are Surpass still there, or did they go on vacation?

Please let me know the ticket ID of your php5 question. I was unable to locate any.

Also, the only account signup I see from you is an older reseller account which you recently cancelled. Which domain did you sign up for?
