Hmm, I'm having a hard time finding that domain in our system. Would you mind sending a ticket to Accounting via http://desk.surpasshosting.com so they can look into it and see what's up? They should be able to get everything fixed for you.

I have the same problem - signed up on April 3 and it's now the 7th. Submitted a ticket two hours ago and haven't heard back yet.
Unfortunately this site is time sensitive, and now overdue. I could lose a client over this and it's making me quite nervous.. what do I do now?? |
