Hmm, I'm having a hard time finding that domain in our system. Would you mind sending a ticket to Accounting via http://desk.surpasshosting.com so they can look into it and see what's up? They should be able to get everything fixed for you.

I have the same problem - signed up on April 3 and it's now the 7th. Submitted a ticket two hours ago and haven't heard back yet.
Unfortunately this site is time sensitive, and now overdue. I could lose a client over this and it's making me quite nervous.. what do I do now??

Dalar it only takes up to 48 hours to get the infomation - I am afraid the email didn't make it to you for some reason. What is the ticket ID you have?

Your account cloud-shade.org was not activated right away as we were reconfirming your payment from PayPal. Please view the ticket RNB-177666 which you later replied to authorizing the payment. You will see that notifications were sent out on the following dates.
