How long does it normally take to get a dedicated server up after a new account creation?

1-3 days I believe. A tad bit longer when ordered on weekends.

Usually within 24 hours of the time your account was verified.

What about a shared account? I signed up late Thursday night and now 36 hours later I've heard nothing. I understand the signup email said it could be as long as 48 hours. The wiki says 24 hours but that it's usually only 2-5 hours. Do you guys have a rush of orders these past couple days that is delaying things?

I checked the pending queue and none are pending, did you check your spam folder maybe it slipped there. What is the domain

I just got approved around 3:00pm CST today. It came in normally to my email. Oh well, I'm setup now. Thanks!

I signed up on March 23rd and I still have not received my confirmation e-mail with account information yet

. I'm getting really nervous because my payment has already been taken out of my account and I'd really like to get started.

It did not get put into a spam folder either. What should I do??
