Service...? What service???
After paying my bill someone turned off my websites. Days after payment this happened. WTF?? Then I play ping pong with customer service reps, each time asking for someone to call me (because there's no frikking number posted anywhere!). Did I get a call? Hell no. Just had to sit and wait until someone fixed their mistake. Just sitting in the dark, no human voice, no nothin'.
I am ready to switch if this BS happens again. Bush league BS. ![]() |

I am sorry to hear of your frustrations. I found your ticket and saw that the final leg of the issue was resolved in about two hours. I hope that other than this time, that service on your hosting account itself has been acceptable for you.
