I rated Surpasshosting a 9 the only reason it was not a 10 is I believe to deserve a 10 I would never have a problem which would be perfect service since I have had problems that have resolved to my satiscfation every time. I rated them a 9.

I am managing four websites, two in Korea and two in America. I have the two account under Surpass. Here, I have many chances of comparing different web-hosting support departments. Surpass surpasses my expectation in comparison to other web hosting services.
I am talking about "day and through the night".
Except occasional short delay, all problems and requests were solved eventually. Even some of those problems that I wasn't really expecting to be solved, were solved at the end.
Please be aware that you guys are great and I pray that you keep it that way always.

Surpass hosting is my Third host and they are the best. Most companies i've dealt with that use a ticket system never really monitor the tickets. It's a different story here. I like the fact that I never have to call anyone and wait on the phone for tech support. Everything is delivered nicely in my email account when I have time to actually retrieve a response instead of wasting time on the phone. Right now we have one website with the Deluxe hosting, and I just purchased another separate website with the Max hosting. Fantastico is fantastic. I'll now be moving onto joomla and away from the wordpress blog atmosphere, providing viewers with vidcasts, tutorials, news feeds, podcasts you name it. I couldn't think of any other way of doing this without Surpass hosting as my backbone. The services are so abundant and amazing it feels like I'm ripping them off.

This hosting is just perfect! I usually don't write much but in this case couldn't help myself not to.

For those people who are reading this, believe me just the support worths every penny you pay, let alone the incredible package prices and options and the fast servers.

Just ONE word "Incredible!" and another ONE "Amazing!" and you can just go on....

Keep up the good work Surpass team and best of luck guys.
