Great Reseller Hosting!
Over the past year, I have had numerous issues to resolve with the Surpass Help desk. The vast majority were to answer questions I had about services and other issues. To these, I have always got a very prompt and friendly response. When Surpass gives me a quoted price for something, i know I can count on them to honor it, and to give me quality services.
Only once have I had to post an issue that was a server problem, and that was resolved within 12 hours of me posting about it. Great work! |

My rating is: 9 (only because no host is perfect... though Surpass does come awfully close
)I've been hosted here for a little over a year now and I'm continually surprised (and happy) to receive superior support ![]() This level of service for such a low price, too! ![]() It make me want to spin, spin, spin! ![]()

10/10. With my recent server move (SH60 -> WebDev) the Support staff was absolutely amazing.
Even now, in my attempts to get Subversion running, the Support staff was amazingly fast, and helpful. |

Sorry, I'm back again as a result of my latest screwup =D XD Just had to gush since I forget to put my ticket on a higher priority and when I realized it, I was ready to wait at my desk (or sleep) for the long haul. In about ten minutes time (or less), they answered. Problem fixed. Just wanted to say THANK YOU, again. Props to the support team (to BRETT D., most recently)

Had a long look at various other hosting sites before choosing Surpasshosting, and I haven't regreted my choice at any point. Who can argue with the price??? And the best thing is the customer service - so quick to answer all problems, no matter how small (or big). If only other companies provided a service like that (*ahem*pcworld take notes*ahem*).
I've even had a look recently to see if anyone's offering anything to compete with this service - there isn't!! |

I used a lot of other hosting companies before surpass and all of them were just resellers. None of them offered me a chance to move up to the dedicated level. As soon as I saw that surpass offered collocation, I knew they were a real server company. The amazing thing was that the price was reasonable too and the support was not skimped on.
I've had a few problems as I've gone along but so far surpass is a great hosting service. |

I am so happy surpass did a great job. I am moving from my old host to them and I was running into trouble with the ftp being so slow. So they offered to transfer my whole site over from my old host..databases..e-mail accounts and even my old user name. I ran into a few problems after but they fixed it. I was really worried about transferred but they made it so it easy. So far I am impressed!
