I say it's a 7 so far.
Surpass is far better then my last two hosts, but we are still having some odd problems from time to time. Namely with the my.surpass login. The server is quick and so far tech support has been quite competant. A fary cry from AventureHost, who was my last mistake. |

Thank you for the comments!
We have had a new billing system since May and we had to disable acccess to the old one since customers were logging into it and placing new orders.. it has been very important to make sure that everyone is ordering in the new system. A very much needed audit is starting this fall and at that time we are migrating every customer from the old system, one by one, into the new system and emailing the new login credentials. Also at that time we are making sure specs are correct on their accounts and that all info is updated and correct. I think it should be well worth the wait to finally get organized into the new system. Thank you for your patience!

they have been great when every thing was working fine.
when trouble hits they were mostly good, but a few times i found their techs to be unhelpful and for one time was left with my mail server down for over 24 hours. |

I do like surpass, they do have good servers, they do the job that is given to them quite well. The only issue, and this remains the only issue for some time now, that's bringing up it's own issue in the fact that they have not fixed it yet, is the error_log. Why is it that you can't seem to fix the gb2 module? Why am I still getting spammed about this error for like 4 months now? This is not such an issue, but an annoyance, but an annoyance that is still growing.
I give surpass hosting a 7 ... out of 10. |

I've got a bunch of shared plans and then yesterday, I bought a reseller. Blimey! That was the fastest activation yet! And when I asked something of the support desk, they answered very quickly. Much better than another company I am slowly moving away from, who only answer support tickets if I virtually shout and scream and stamp my feet.
Thanks guys! |
