Surpass is... wow. Surpass is my first official domain webhost, and if it continues on the way it has, they will most certainly be my last

Their customer service is so fab, and the prices of their hosting packages... incredible. I've been left speechless on more than one occasion because of the speed and astuteness that their replies deliver.

In most situations, the problems that I come across are related to -my- screwups (I'm not ashamed to say XD) or my bank screwing up

And when I don't understand something? They always respond with patience and respect. Seriously, now I'm just looking for friends who need webhosts to recommend to as my current ones are mostly computer illiterate.

I'd like to thank Pat, David and more recently: Sulema for their awesome support and speed...ness.

This is my first paid host and I am so glad they are very reliable. almost 6 months of service, and support has helped me all along the way. Even though most of the issues were 80% created by me, they helped me through it.

So, I love Surpass and agree with you, I gave them a 10.

well, actually, a 9.875. I've had a few gripes, but they've resolved EVERY ONE to my ultimate satisfaction!

Damn good, 10/10...first paid hosting we tried, and we havent had any issues. Even my dumb and obvious questions in the first few days were answered politely and with a smile, well done.

7 for me. They're really good, and customer service is great, but they're not too into new services and cool technologies like [TextDrive](http://textdrive.com/ "TextDrive supports many cool technologies").

Other than that, everything is perfect.

I give them a 10 for not even mentioning the fact that a file I hosted did 60 GB in about a day and a half, even when it was going at 40-60 Mbit/sec for a good half hour or so according to the Bandwidth Monitor.

At the same time, the plans there are decidedly more expensive for less bandwidth and space.
