Hi! Glad my hosting is with Surpass now...
Hiya all, just saying hello as my first post...
I wish I'd moved to Surpass before to host my site; I'm still paying for my old hosting but I'm not renewing it and I've moved here as soon as I could: The reason is simply because they chucked everyone on just two servers, but didn't protect it properly and a couple of weeks ago it suffered a probable 'ddos' attack... whatever happened, my site went offline, so did theirs, they didn't do anything about it for a week, then they suddenly reconfigured the servers which wiped everything on there. It took me nearly 7 emails to get a reply from them as to what was going on, which they only did when I threatened to change hosting... (which I've done anyway!) On another occasion, they moved me to a different server on Christmas Day without telling me, but didn't think of sending me my new login details. I've learnt a lesson in that regardless of a small student budget like mine, you pay for service, and to be honest I don't mind paying a bit more if you get hassle-free and helpful service like here... already the helpdesk here have replied and solved a few problems for me within hours; I'm very impressed! Anyway, I won't go on about my previous hosting's failures any more (nor will I mention the UK hosting name, myself being English I don't like to deliberately embarrass others  - the people there were very kind to me in hindsight, they just hadn't got their act together at all).I look forward to a reliable hosting for once! Welcome to Surpass and Surmunity! I hope your stay here is much more enjoyable.
Yes, SH72 is a newer server. The server lists have to be updated manually, so they're not always up-to-date.

Oh yeah, that's Kayla. She's either a god among mortals or a cron job script. We really haven't figured out which.
