Support is Awesome
I have had a problem with routing to my website.
But i can say one this, the people in the Support departments sure are great. They provide fast help that is of a rich quality. they are willing to do more than what they have to, and thats a good thing. The support is worth joining surpass by itself. I give them a 9/10 and highly recommend |

The support is ridiculously good here; I had a number of things I needed sorting out and had many questions regarding the hosting - all of them were answered promptly either on this big forum or through a support ticket.
At such a decent price too, it puts my previous web hosting to shame in a very serious way. Companies underestimate customer support - it's almost more important than the hosting itself. Excellent Surpass - I'm here to stay  |
