I joined Surpass about two and a half years ago. I thought the service was absolutely ghastly and I was looking for another hosting service to go to. I had absolutely nothing good to say about surpass. It was because of Emm that I stayed. He took the time to talk with me and deal with my hot headedness. He was ticked off at times, and I knew it, but he never popped even though it would have been just as easy for him to tell me to get the heck off his servers. I don't even think he did it for money, but rather, I think he did it because he is that sort of person.

Anyhow, I stuck with it. I've seen some decisions Surpass has made that have really enabled the business. I have seen Surpass grow and move to their own location. These changes and decisions were hard on all of us, but now we are reaping the rewards. I have developed the utmost respect for all the people running surpass, from the board police to the owner, because they have gone through some crap and never let up to make this a better service. Kudos guys, I am a very happy customer.
