I've been sith Surpass for a year now, I just renewed my subscription and I have to say I am going to stay with them as long as I can. Everytime I have a problem they respond fast and are very helpful and nice about everything. I think I've had more than my share of problems :P Only 1 problem was with the server though, the rest was trying to install things and the server didn't like them.

I will definately stay with Surpass in the future years to come!

I totally Agree with you. I have been here over 2 years now and I will do the same as you. I'm still amazed by the support respons times. I wunder

How mutch more support agent's are there?
How Many customers do you currently have that's you give support?

Woud be fun to know. Also they are also always kind regardless of the question. I newly referd a friend that has bought OC10. And if anyone ask me for reseller hosting i will personally recomend them to surpass.

Same here. I've been on again/off again customer for two years. Best shared host ever. EVER.
