Awesome response time, very reliable
I recently noticed that the standard specifications for the Pro shared package had changed, and the new specifications weren't in effect for my plan. So, I sent a help ticket to request that my hosting plan be updated to match the current plan specifications.
To my suprise, I received a response in under 24 hours notifying me that my plan had been fixed. I was very suprised at the quick response time! I have been with Surpass Hosting for over a year now and their hosting service continues to be quick and reliable. With literally zero downtime and zero lag, my website is always up and running. I have never been so satisfied with a hosting company. Thanks, Surpass! |

Yes, the 24 hour thing is for account support, but tech support is alot faster (as it is more of a priority).
Glad to know your havig a good time here I am too, even with som esmall rough rides.
