Surpass is the BEST host I've seen
Every problem I've had was resolved quickly. My fastest response time was actually in a couple minutes! Usually, replies are quick, within a couple hours. The first host I've been with had 15 minute response times, and that's about the only good thing they had. It was SiteGround. Their first offer wasn't bad, 1 gb space and 100 gb bandwidth a couple years ago when I first signed up. They offered 5 gb space, then 12 gb space & 500 gb bandwidth, then 24 gb space and 800 gb bandwidth (I think), and now they have 40 gb space and 900 gb bandwidth?
I've also been with WebHostingBuzz, they absolutely suck. They claim that your site may be slow and their response times may be bad because of the cheap price you're paying for their service. pfft. Anyway, my site kept going down every hour or so literally. So I decided it was time for a change of hosts. I was thinking of many hosts, but after careful research and consideration, I signed up on the Power shared plan maybe half a year ago. Everything was smooth. My site was fast, and I never regretted moving to Surpass. A couple months ago, I decided to get a reseller plan. They're super cheap considering how much space and bandwidth you get. Plus, Surpass had the 2 for 1 offer which applied to resellers too. I couldn't resist getting the Bronze reseller plan, so I did. The billing system charged me twice, and Surpass refunded the money without question. Although it took a couple days. The support team's knowledge is awesome, but sometimes it could be improved. Surpass rocks. I doubt I'll ever leave. ![]() |
