If you are interested in being moved to another server, support can definitely do that for you,a ll you have to do is ask them.

so i would have thought , but we asked for 3 times and got nowhere. differant answers with no help at all beyond the imidiate remedial that was not that immidiate

i've been having problems with emails since yesterday
they told me a spammer was the problem, but today same thing is happening

emails are not working all day says one client
another says since yesterday

im not getting answers now, and 2 clients are on my back

i want to transfer these accounts to my dedicated server to stop some problems
but i cant do that either... i get an error
