Surpass is the second hosting paid hosting company I used and will probably be the last since I never plan on changing. The response from the support team is amazingly fast and reliable. The main website is very easy to navigate and the Surmunity forums are full of friendly, helpful users. It is also very comforting to know that they own and operate their own data center which hopefully someday I can visit to see how it works for myself.

As far as uptime, I can't recall my site being down for at least 5 straight months. The server speed is great along with vast amount of space, bandwidth, and basically unlimited everything else! I give Surpass a 10/10 for exceptional hosting service.
