My thoughts so far...

After fumbling around for a company with a good reputation, good space/bandwidth for the price, and PHP 5, i found surpass.

So far, i have had nothing but good experience with the company. When i first ordered, my account was setup promptly. When i needed to setup my site, cPanel was there to make everything as simple as possible. And when i had a question, i got a reply promptly. They also are very generous, look at the amount of disk space and bandwidth!

After creating a ticket asking about SSH, (i thought it was included) i was told that it cost a one time fee of 20$, which is understandable due to security reasons. I pointed out that the way they had it worded made it seem free and the gave me complimentary SSH! The level of professionalism and dedication with surpass is astounding, i have found true hosting bliss!

I also understood that SSH was included. I rely on SSH quite a bit. Otherwise I'm very impressed with the hosting and features offered thusfar.

SSH is included with WebDev plans for no extra fee. It is not included by default on all plans most likely because it is not something the normal user will use, and can pose a security risk
