Well, Surpass' hosting is good but there billing department is a NIGHTMARE. I was on vacation this week and going to upload pictures to my site - when I see it has been suspended. I check my email and I have two from suprpass 1 day and 3 days prior. They say I cancelled my plan over SIX MONTHS AGO so they are shutting down my server. I had my hosting to auto-charge my card every month and never once cancelled - however later after much confusion they tell me I didnt cancel it there was "one charge" that didnt go thru so they automatically cancelled my subscription with NO EMAIL whatsover - until now, over 6 months later when they say they are shutting down my server b/c *I* havent paid. So, out of all frustration I went ahead and paid the complete balance of all the 6 months plus the BS late fee 3+ days ago, site still doesnt come up. I send in a support ticket and they say that I havent paid the fee and I have to pay 6 months + late fee because i have neglected to pay them..when I did, many days ago..So now Im sitting here with no server, no email, nothing and surpass billing has no idea what's going on..

I do not agree about "Nightmare", but do think the department needs improvement.
