My company, Tarantula Web Solutions, designs websites for businesses, school districts, and now individuals. We host our site (http://www.tarantulawebsolutions.com), all of our sub-sites, as well as test versions of our clients' sites with Surpass. We are currently using the WebDev 2 plan (for a couple months) and we used the Power Hosting plan for about two years prior to changing to WebDev.

Since I began hosting my website with Surpass, they have only gotten better and better. The servers are stable and fast, and problems are usually resolved quite quickly. More importantly the support department has been excellent! They respond to my requests very expediently (usually within a day); and they bend over backwards to accommodate my needs (on many occasions, actually). And throughout the entire process they have been extremely friendly.

Overall, I would strongly recommend Surpass.
