I was brought here by a friend during the buy one get one deal in June, and I've had absolutely no problems. At one point, my site was being hacked through an insecure script I installed, and not only did the support respond promptly, but they installed extra security, told me where the problems were and gave me code to fix the problems.

I'm currently switching domain names for one of my plans, and they've been great. I sent a form in earlier this evening and I've already almost had the entire move processed. Now, with this free upgrade to the new specs.. it's just amazing.
