I decided to wait a few weeks before posting to see how things went and all I can say is there was no need to wait.

EVERYTHING from the time spent deciding to switch to Surpass by asking questions here on the forums and via email with their sales department to the actual move from our prior host to here was easier than eating Mom's homemade apple pie.

The people here on the forums have been great and very informative. The sales people answered all my questions in a reasonable time and were as helpful as the members on these forums.

The actual move was painless and Surpass for the most part did it all for me. All I had to do was create a site backup via the control panel on my prior host because for some reason, probably related to my prior host, they couldn't access the control panel at the time they tried. I let them know it was done and asked where to upload it to and before I got home from work that evening they had managed to connect to my previous host and moved everything for us. There was an error with my database which they found and within hours had it fixed and up and running. The ONLY problem we encountered was 3 of our smilies had broken links after the move which even a dummie like me figured out and fixed.

As for the hosting on the new site....AWSOME....I used to get the lovely "Page not found" error at least once a day on my old host. Site would "dissappear" for 5-10 minutes at a time regularly as well. So far here with Surpass I have had ZERO Page not found errors and everytime I go to our site IT'S THERE !!!! I immediatlly noticed a speed increase with the speed of our site and so have our members. Even those on that dreaded thing called dialup say they noticed it pick up a little.

For those of you thinking about changing over to Surpass Hosting all I can say is nobody is as suspicious in nature as I am when it comes to a "To good to be true" deal like you will find here at Surpass. I even paid our other host an extra month just incase the first month here didn't work out. To date I can say the only thing I have regretted in changing over was waiting so long to do it and paying our other host the extra month hosting fees.
