I have been with Surpass for a little over a year. I left a host that was being neglected by the small business owner.
My initial experience was a bit choppy. I had several domains I wanted to transfer and approached it incorrectly. Support did help me--I even got responses on Christmas--but I did note two issues with support: a) they tend to answer only one question at a time; b) they don't always review the entire ticket. Despite these issues, my setup problems were fixed within a few days and the rest of the transfer went smoothly. Since then, there has been at most one issue per month--more like one every other month. The majority of these are related to another user on the server abusing the server (or being abused.) Once a ticket is submitted, these issues are usually resolved within a few hours. Overall, I am quite happy with Surpass. I look forward to more years here. The size of the company seems small enough to get personal attention, yet large enough to get the job done. My only other complaint is the frequent promotions. I always feel like I am missing something since I can't keep buying more! |
