My Take

In terms of responsiveness by the Support group, things have been exceptional. The monkey wrench comes when talking about the server delivery. I signed up four days ago, paid three and a half days ago and still have yet to receive anything. I've went the Help section and Support Ticket routes and haven't gotten my server. It's well past the 24 to 48 hour mark, and I've even waited an extra day as asked by my ticket. It is quickly closing in on four days now, with nothing to show for it.

Sorry if my posts seemed nasty, I'm just getting weary for the fact that my current server expires in a few days, and we really need to get the new server. I apologize for any rudeness, as I'm sure you guys here are working diligently to get everyone what they paid for. Could an update thread be made for some sort of timetable, or is it one of those "it'll be done as quick as it can be" deals?

must be a problem, cause i signed up for a shared account on the 19th, and had it set up 36 hours later
