SSL Cert Bundle
I had nothing but troubles trying to get the SSL cert from a third party installed and working. Over a month with a heavy lag on CS. Surpass informed me of what was wrong after I opened a ticket. Then I found that I could purchase the SSL and the dedicated IP in a bundle at a killer rate. Then they had it up and installed in one day. I had been waiting 2 months to get that done.

Yeah, I leave it up to the hosting company to take care of the SSL and IP for me, because it's far too much trouble for an average/less than average user to get it set up. No matter what I did, I still borked the CRS or whatever when getting one.
