Dear Me! I can't believe what some people have said about Surpass. Some guy claims his tickets were never answered - what a load of rubbish....from my 3 years experience of Surpass.
I have just posted the following: " I have been with Surpass for a number of years now - 3 years in fact - and I am more than happy. Support Desk is great, tickets are answered promptly and more complex issues are passed to Level 3 support for a professional response. Server uptime is great. " Hopefully we all and log on to that site and post real reviews from current surpass customers who are more than happy with the service we receive. |
