Smile Why Surpass Rocks My Socks

Early this week I was contacted by Surpass Hosting about my dedicated server saying they had received hard drive error messages from the server. They were proactive about it and replaced the drive quickly; however, even after replacement they still received the same errors. By diagnosing the problem further they found out that the motherboard was bad. They did a complete replacement of the server and my site was back up and functioning within 8 hours of the initial problem; the server was only unreachable for 1 hour during that 8 hour period. For my trouble they provide me with a backup drive, which is why Surpass rocks my socks

Great work goes out to the dedicated support team!

until and unless kayla is here, surpass will be best forever. the main thing for any company is quick response. and i think supass has the quick members too.
