My SH-monial

Going to mention first, I went through many hosts over a course of 5 years and none has even come close to what Surpass Hosting(SH) has to offer, even though I've been with SH/Surmunity for 2+ years I did not have SH all that time, have always came back to SH though.

Support: good at what they do and whats needed, very responsive to anything that comes their way, even when I cancel and came back, going from a shared environment to dedicated server, many mistakes on my part, support has never let me down, many times I thought no one was doing anything, as many do, having patience is key to a running server, I would imagine there is a lot to manage and it takes time to go through the process of keeping servers running and people needs satisfied.

People: couldn't ask for the nicest bunch of people (company and community), that also stands out from many hosts I've had, kept me coming back, well, I won't be moving anymore, I like to call SH an extended family.

Not long ago I made this thread. Surpass Hosting is an excellent host (A to A+), surmunity on the other hand (in my opinion) went down hill abit as it doesn't feel like the family as it once was, no big deal really, most people are still nice.

But, all things must come to an end, bye.
