From time to time as with anything there are hassles and problems (very few mind you in the 5yrs I have used Surpass) but, at least we have staff who go that extra little way to make sure things are handled well with no hassle and especially no scripted answers.
So, this is just a quick note to say thanks to Sulema, it is nice to know that if something is worth doing it is done well and that extra bit of time is taken to read a problem or comment to ensure no problems, no hassles, no scripted answers and hence a speedy resolution once again.

an addition to the former post as some may wonder why I single out one person when I have dealt with more than one of you, it is simply because Sulema has always answered my initial requests, dealt with them fully and to the bitter end when needed, I have not been referred to other higher or lower souls, made to hang around, wonder who may answer next nor had to go through the same conversations twice at least and I have never had a scripted answer, just good service from one person picking up a task to it's completion.

With good reliable and honest service I am happy here hence, I am renewing 7 odd reseller packages and looking for dedi's as well.

I'm very satisfied with all her efforts and answers. She does an awesome job
of juggling customers, and keeping them smiling.

Just had to add, thanks to Sulema. She's been sorting out a billing problem for me today and did some really good work on it! Thanks Sulema!
