Wonderful people, superb job!
I've had the chance to visit Surpass' main office and datacenter a couple of weeks ago when I was in Orlando. I have to say I was delighted to meet in person some of the people responsible for making Surpass what it is, a great, friendly and top of the line webhost business like no other.
It's so nice to put a face on a screen name... ![]() It makes us realize we're dealing with real people here, people who really care about us and take their job very seriously. I was greeted by Mike K, who introduced me to everybody in the office and took me for a tour of the new datacenter, not before asking me if there was anything Surpass could do to help me with my business and to listen carefully to what I had to say. These guys really make you feel important, no matter the size of your business or how many accounts you have with them. They really care about their customers in a personal level that we don't usually see on the cold business world. Being there and having a glimpse of how things really are and work made me feel more confident than ever that I've made the right choice when I picked Surpass over 3 years ago. So here's my special thanks to Mike K and Alex, for being there for me when I needed help and for always trying to make it right for their customers, and to all Surpass team, especially tech support guys. To Kayla and Eman, sorry I missed you ("they work odd hours" ) and keep up the good work. After all, you guys are Surpass' heart and soul.

Looks like we met the opposite people. I met all the night owls, and you met the normal people.
Surpass = awesome

Hi, Dan. Yeah, I really enjoyed being there and meeting you guys.
Sorry I was in such a hurry I couldn't return to say goodbye. Kayla, next time I go to Orlando I'll let you know in advance, so I can go on the "odd" hours and meet you and "the others". ![]()
