The original reason for switching to Surpass hosting is that my former host was extremely unreliable and hosted too many accounts on there shared server. After doing some reverse DNS investigations, i found out the server that i was being hosted on contained over 1500 hosted domains!! If you ask me, they didn't really care about the customers. Surpass however, seemed to be a much better company that cared about it customers and actually had servers that were good and not overloaded.

For those reasons above i decided to switch to Surpass and consequently i purchased the OC5 Shared plan.

At first i was very disappointed with surpass as when i received my details and logged in to cpanel, i was greeted with far less than i expected. The first thing that hit me was the fact that cpanel 10 was running, despite the fact that i had been promised cpanel 11. Also, the diskspace and badwidth was much lower than advertised.

A few forum posts and support tickets later, however, and everything was fixed. It turned out that the OC5 plan had been incorrectly set up on SH127 and it was easily fixed. Despite my slight rudeness, as i was a little angered that i did not receive what i paid for, the surpass staff were very nice and understanding and fixed the issue as quick as possible.

Overall, i am very satisfied with the level of service that i have received from surpass. They really do care about their customers and actually listen to them so that they may provide an outstanding service.
