Figured I would come back with a post in the Testimonials forum :p.

I have been away for awhile, mostly with personal things and various projects, but, I am finally back to take a peak around to see how everyone is doing .

I have been with Surpass for almost 1 year ( renewal is coming up soon ). And, I must say, it has been an amazing year with Surpass. I may not of been active around the community for a lot of it, but the time I was here was a complete blast. Surmunity was so welcoming and offered many opportunities to me by allowing me to help out on the Wiki ( thanks Kayla! ) and by helping out around the forums I learned many things. All my tickets ( mostly billing questions I wanted cleared up before renewal ) have all been answered very promptly and were solved very quickly.

I will try to stop by the community more often. I am now also working as technical support for other various web hosting companies so I hope I will be able to use some of my learned knowledge around the forums. I also would like to say kudos to those who manage tickets, I now know first hand that it is not always as easy as everyone thinks! Lol.

Anyway, I have my credit card prepped and ready to stay another year with Surpass . And here's to hoping for many more.
