Hello,
I must say that I'm not very happy with support, yes, I agree, in last few weeks I receive feedback in >20 min. Most time ticket is escalated to level 2 or 3, but never mind. I have a big patience, big datacenter, and so, it's intelligible that support can't always be as fast as we expect. But yesterday/today I'm very disappointed in suppport. I have requested to recompile php on one my dedi server to support bz2. Okay, after ~2 hours I got reply, php recompiled gz2 enabled, great !, but wait a moment, now mysql support is not enabled, phpsuexec and php5 are disabled and php is installed as Apache module, brrr (, again reply to ticket with this info. Received reply after few hours, all done, i'm checking, ((, php as CGI, ok, phpsuexec enabled, ok, php5 enabled but returning "Internal server error", myslq again not enabled and now zend is down too.Oh my god, why, why, why, I want only bz2 support and now all is broken. Still after 12 hours waiting someone to fix that things. (over 450 users on this server) In meantime, I have requested "exif" support on one other dedi server and you know what, php5 is down, .... ((![]()

Miron, I am very sorry about the inconvenience. What was the ticket ID that this was corresponding with?? I will do my best to figure out why the issue wasn't handled correctly and will also see when steps we can implement in the future for your account so that 1) you are not inconvenienced 2) your resolutions are resolved in a timely manner.

You were requesting a custom compile which cant be done through easyapache in cpanel. We are more then happy to do this for you, but please know that it requires a bit of research and time before we have it ready for you.
