I've been with Surpass for as long as I can remember!

I think I started hosting with Surpass since May 2004, (When also I joined the forum)

I have never really had any major issues. Support has alwyas been fast. Im sure every ticket was answered within an hour, and most fixed not long after.

Over the years the server has has better days, and sites have been down, but support has always been quick to fix issues.

I remember when the pass6's hard drive failed, my sites were down for a day or 2, but they sorted it. Fixed the server, reloaded backups and then managed to get the data of the failed disk and so sites were not that out of date. They also refunded my months hosting as the sites were down.

So thanks Surpass! and I look forward to more years!
