I love Surpass!

I've been with Surpass since June 2004, which is a pretty long time when you think about it. In that time, I've had 3 websites hosted through them. Each website had 99% uptime. Whenever my sites went down, the Surpass team was quick to figure out why and get them back online.

I remember one occasion where my site was being put behind a firewall and blocked. Others could get to it, but I couldn't. They looked into it, and unblocked my site. When the same issue happened again, they white-listed my site and I've never had another issue.

When I was having issues with my website today, they got it back up quickly and walked me through possible solutions.

Not only are they extremely helpful, but the prices are more than fair. Keep it up, Surpass!

Oh, and one more thing comes to mind. When my former domain, Re-Align.net, was still in existence, hosting prices went up. However, the staff at Surpass allowed me to keep the same price for the remainder of the time I had that domain. I think I got 2 additional years of lower fees. It wasn't a big fee increase, but the fact that they were willing to give me the lower price was a HUGE bonus.

I recommend anyone who asks to come to Surpass. I think one girl actually did sign up. She registered the domain half-halt.net a few months ago after having issues with her former host.
