I've only been with Surpass for two days, but I've already gotten to talk with two people in management (not because of technical server-related issues) to talk about my unique client needs. It took several replies back and forth and I actually didn't get what I was asking for, but I was so impressed by their positive and customer-centered attitudes that I decided to sign up anyway.

I was originally going to just sign up for the One Love 2008 promotion, but because of how well I was treated I signed up for both the promotion AND a bronze reseller.

That's $150 more than I was going to spend.

To anyone looking for a great, caring host, I recommend Surpass for the following reasons:
1) Management cares enough to speak with customers.
2) Helpdesk associates are very helpful (I had to submit a ticket about a WP issue I was having).
3) The other customers are very cool. This forum rocks and has plenty of Surpass staff and techies prowling about. >:]
4) Surpass is a growing company and tries its best to accommodate its customers.
5) Surpass is honest, reliable, and very affordable.

Besides, how can you NOT sign up...? The emoticons are so effing awesome. Behold:
