No Goods - No Support
I recently attempted to purchase an account as part of the 1love deal. I received log in details to confirm the invoice. The log in details did not work.
The email said " If you have any problems making this payment, feel free to open a ticket with the Accounting Division at https://desk.surpasshosting.com/" So I opened a ticket and said I could not log in. I was later told, "If payment was not received within 3days of the invoice generated the system voided the order due to nonpayment. This is what happen in your case. I apologize for the inconvenience caused." Why the initial payment is not processed automatically I do not know. However this did not explain not being able to log in on the 1st day with the details they had supplied. It did not explain how surpass would rectify the situation, how my order would be processed, or when I will have my account. Useless I think you will agree? So I confirmed once more, I could not log on. I asked for my order to be reopened. I received a reply: "When orders were received the invoices were processed manually. At that time you should have received an email notifying you of the pending invoice $1. This is the reason you had to login manually and make the payment to process your order. The system removed orders that had pending invoices after 3 days. I hope this explains the situation." This explains the situation that was already explained. It does not answer my questions nor help me to process an order. I still have no account. I am further delayed in being able to produce my website. I am going round in circles. FINALLY: I have sent one further email request for assistance in completing my oder. I now have a lack of confidence in any reply I may or may not get. Is this good service? Is this standard Surpass? |

What is the domain name for the account you signed up with? I would like to take a look and see what happened with your situation and see what can be done to get this all resolved.

Hi Greg,
Thank you, this is the type of support I was looking for. Its a shame it had to come through a forum and not the support desk / ticket system. With my order I attempted to register www.paulblackler.com. My support ticket number is "[#CMV-311077]: Registration / Payment" Correspondence has come from Sulema F. and Jessica. I have had further messages which pass blame onto "ModernBill" but still no offer to sort out my order. Your help is appreciated. Many thanks, Colin |

Sorry for the delay. For some reason I didnt get a notification that initially you replied to this thread.
