Support is ANNOYING ME

Surport at surpass is usually terrific. Extremely fast and helpful

This time though I am extremely annoyed. I brought a server for $1500 from them and now moved my website over to that server. I am having problems getting the server sorted to work with my website and it's been over a week of downtime. I AM FED UP of the lack of support. The admins are clearly saying stuff to avoid the job and keeping the work longer than needed.

ticket id: MBJ-836253

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SORT THIS OUT. I AM VERY UNHAPPY. My website is down, most of my customers have left. I had 700,000 impressions per day and the most recent one I've saw was under 70,000 impressions which is very poor.

If you ever feel like you are not being provided with the correct level of support you can always request to have your ticket escalated for management to look into and sort out all these issues.

I will have someone check this ticket now for you.

Looks like everything is now resolved in ticket MBJ-836253. Like Dan said above if you are ever receiving an unsatisfactory response or something is taking longer then you think should be, please ask to have your ticket escalated or checked by Management.

Some issues can take longer to resolve as you may know, namely those involving moving a site or software from environment_a to environment_b. If you express your dissatisfaction in a ticket it will be reviewed and resolved by Management guaranteed.
