You know how it is, it's easy to complain when things have gone wrong (which I have indeed done), but harder to remember to say a big thank you when it's deserved. Today a very big
 is deserved by the guys on helpdesk in tech and billing, who have been incredibly friendly and nice while dealing with me, the idiot who'd managed to miss paying them and only realised when the domain disappeared!So, huge thanks for being kind and nice to a poor distracted person with a severe case of baby-brain!
