Just wanted to post this here to thank Nick F. for not only quickly fixing a problem my previous host has created by applying a false fix to another problem, but also exactly explaining what he has done so that I can identify the problem and apply the fix myself should the situation arise. Increasing customer satisfaction while decreasing further workload - win-win situation
